I did 3 different versions of a peach in my Raffine sketchbook. I don't like the way watercolor behaves on that paper. Too hard to rework things.

I love your free and observant sketches. I can see where your son got his sense of humor his about desert deployment. Does he draw Desert, Iraq while there?
Hi Margie. No, he doesn't, even though I did send him a sketchbook at one point. He did draw some funny boot camp stuff, though, which I did save.
